The sound and mic are much better than that of a cell phone. The fact that the camera has different settings for following a person is really cool. It Lets the viewer feel more part of a video call. it frees up your hands and another device you might have used in a video call. Doesn't work with Netflix, but does work with youtube. all in all I am happy I got one for me, and my wife/family in the Philippines. It does have it shortfalls in the apps you can use. I do wish any app on my phone would work on it but that's not the case. Still worth 150 bucks.

Slow response poor quality.

I received the product and fully charged it before use as per instructions, it went dead in 45 minutes of use, then fully charged it again and got the same results. The screen has problems with some of the apps I put on it, that could be due to poor quality apps. As I just installed kids apps I have never used before . But the camera when used on skype My image was upside down weather I flipped the tablet or not, I had to use it on it's side. The control buttons are poorly placed for me, everytime I pick it up I'm hitting the buttons. When rotating the tablet it's slow to adjust to the new position.. Granted I am used to the Ipad mini. As I am buying it for a child I need a case for it which I have not been able to find with the camera placements there isn't a strong case out there that fits. I would have to modify any thing I bought for it.. I am hopeful that the seller will allow me to return it. I might consider an exchange as I'm sure the camera is just in upside down and hopefully the screen is also not up to par, I liked it at first until I used it a few times. now I'm just disappointed, the more I use it the more problems it seems to have I've had it for 4 days.
