Really nice calipers
They're nice looking calipers with excellent stopping power that are easy to install, adjust and maintain. I replaced the low-end Shimano hydraulic brakes that came on my new 2021 Trek Marlin 7 cross country bike because I like the simplicity and reliability of cable operated discs. Like all the other Tektro MTB mechanical disc brakes, the pads are interchangeable with the most common Shimano type, so there are lots of replacement options. I'm also using the OEM Shimano rotors and adapters for now. I'm very happy with these.

Really nice crankset for 1X conversions or as is.
It's a nice, solid, inexpensive square taper 110 bcd crankset to use as intended as a replacement or new build for a road double on, mostly, older design bike frames. But it's one of very few cranksets with the very common 110 bcd chainring bolt spacing to use readily available narrow-wide chainrings, chain guards and bash guards for one-by (1X) single chainring arrangements for gravel bikes, commuters (in my case) etc. for those riders wanting to switch from a triple or double to a much simpler, easier to maintain and operate, wide range single chainring drivetrain. Looks and works great on my customized Raleigh Cadent 2 commuter bike. I'm using a 42T single narrow-wide chainring with chainguard and Microshift Advent shifter, derailleur and 11-42T 9 speed cassette. Awesome!

Nice and work with other brands too!
Using it on a Tektro Aquila mechanical caliper. The cable on mechanical calipers mounted to chainststay mounts (inboard) will open upward, i.e. the caliper situates partially upside down, so having a boot on the end helps keep moisture and crud out of the cable. The opening for the cable fits pretty snug, so it should protect well. So far I'm only using the small boot that protects the cable inner where it exits the casing at the barrel adjuster, but will probably use the other boot too. Even though the BB7 calipers these boots were made to fit don't have barrel adjusters, these boots will fit Tektro and likely Promax and other brands of calipers that do. Pricey for what they are, but if they protect my expensive compressionless cable casings, they're worth it.
