No moving parts.
I have a few of these. They're small, nothing to slide or break, and they work. I've never seen the advertised speeds, but they're fairly fast at reading/writing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone.

Great case.
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm using this with an old 1TB WD drive and it works well. Quickly shipped and I'd buy another. I'm not sure the chipset supports trim if you're using a SSD but that's not an issue with a hard drive. Definitely recommended.

Great little covered palette.
Great little palette. I place a small sheet of palette paper in the tray and use it to store oil paints in the freezer. The cover also makes it a good way to transport piles of paint for plein air painting.
