Fit well and positions seat where you need it

Fit really well and is pretty light too. Allows you to position the seat back a bit in order for you to transfer more power to the crank of the bike. Also allows you a little more room for your body to comfortably fit on the bike. Bike that this is being used on is a little small... (24" instead of a 26"). So this seat post added much comfort along with a different type of seat to appeal to the rider. We also added an adjustable quill and stem to allow further adjustability for the rider. Worked out well too as the rider is completely happy with how it feels now, where as before the rider felt cramps on it.
