Krups works
Beautiful example of a functional appliance. Easy to scratch however. Care is needed to keep the shiny surfaces from becoming marred or scratched which would detract from its appearance. Makes excellent coffee. Water flow rate through grounds seems slightly less than most other drip coffee makers.
Krups recommends use of paper filters. I prefer the permanent gold screen filter for use. In fact Krups makes one that fits perfectly. Why it doesn't come with one I don't know? For the price it should.
Overall great looking appliance that makes good coffee.
