Not as good as OEM part but does work
It is a knock-off device that clearly has inferior quality to the original part I pulled out to replace. It smells bad when it runs (smells the whole bathroom) and the spinning part is not well-balanced so has a vibration that you can hear from down the hallway. The old unit didn't smell or vibrate at all. The old unit had many many years and hours on it so the bearings began to go bad. We will see how long this one lasts, even though I don't like using it because of how bad it smells. Maybe the smell is just a new smell and will reduce. But the vibration seems to be an improperly balanced fan part.

they seem to be good
Hopefully they last at least as long as the original ones did. they fit perfectly though and are working very well!
