  Buyer kept saying there was no power cord, I informed him it was hardwired. I don’t think they were aware of hardwiring. They said a 16 pin cable was needed that didn’t come with this. After sending me 20 questions about a power cable not with the unit, which was included, I had to send him several pictures of the yellow wire that is the power connection. Then he said he wanted his money back because the screen is cracked, in which it wasn’t. If so that would have been the first thing he noticed
