Great Condition and a Good Read so far...
I enjoyed what I've seen so far. Haven't had time to try any of the recipes yet.

Great unit for a reasonable price
While I haven't had it for very long, I'm very satisfied. There is a learning curve compared to the food-saver type vacuum sealer, but it does a much better job. I've been vacuum-sealing Gumbo (which is a liquid) without any issues. The bags are considerably cheaper than the food-saver type bags and I haven't experienced overheating issues with continual use like I do with my food-saver vacuum sealer. This isn't a portable type unit. It weighs 62 pounds. Highly recommend this unit though.

Didn't fit my truck
It was new as promised, but it didn't fit down the tube to lower my spare tire. I had to grind the ring off the end near the hook so that it would fit through the guide so that it could reach the lowering mechanism to lower the spare.
