  This person needs to stop making purchases on eBay. They’re irresponsible. They Received the item as described, and wanted to return. eBay always sides with the buyer so I lose out on shipping and time. If I could leave negative feedback and ban this person I would, but eBay is going to continue to let them waste people’s time and money. If they win one of your auctions, cancel it.
