Not for ceiling fan light
May work fine for other applications, but will not work for a ceiling fan light switch. Downward pull action gets caught and doesn't work.

Great especially for landlords
Able to change the key/lock at any time is a great feature. The packaging for this particular lock comes with minimal instructions. Since I've used/installed them before, this presented no problem. If you're replacing a existing deadbolt, it will also be very easy. Otherwise, complete installation instructions are available for download from Kwikset.

Not as bright as expected
Was disappointed at the lack of lumens output by this. A 5 watt LED should be the equivalent of a 40-50 watt incandescent; this was maybe half that bright.
