Spot on

Fits my sportster with tall handlebars and sissy bar. I bought this knowing the description says to be placed on flat surface, however my drive is on a slight incline and still works. Only thing I'd add is if they'd make the material slightly longer you wouldn't get the slight elevation from an inclined surface.
