a very good mono plug not requiring a soldering iron !
It works the way I needed it to. I was hesitant at first to get this because the images didn't show it being taken apart but I was very glad to see it was just what I needed. I prefer the plugs that have the screw type terminals because I don't like using solder. I am actually looking for a couple more to have as a backup and another to hopefully fix another speaker.

Good kit for various CB / Scanner radio mounts
I had to get a couple of these because the last ones I bought were from Radio Shack ( which are not around anymore ) . The only think I wasn't crazy about was that there was only 1 of the longer mounting pieces ( the RS kits from the past had 2 ). I actually prefer this type of mounting kit over some of the others I have seen as it is universal and sense I had a couple pieces from a previous kit I knew it would work out the way I wanted it to. If someone needed or wanted to " customize " a mount for a vehicle ( my case ) I would use the kit.
