  positive about postage costs and delivered before scheduled date. However, item did not say date of 1993 on rear of booklet as per description, and others have seen in person.

  If you recheck it should read 5.1993 on the back i.e. May 1993 , as shown on the last picture on the listing. I have bought and sold many items of Rolex accessories and Rolex aren't consistent with their coding, which can be very frustrating. If the booklet hasn't got that on the back, I am very happy for you to return it for a full refund, if it has and you are OK with it, is it possible for you to adjust the feedback.
