Immediate help from Quercitin!
I know Quercitin has a number of benefits, but my regular use is for a sinus drip. Maybe this is an allergic response to pollen, etc., but the symptoms are always the same: I start with small coughs and fluid drainage. I blow my nose and the fluid is always clear, like water. Sometimes my eyes start to drain. Sometimes I sneeze a number of times. Within 20 to 30 minutes after taking one quercetin all my symptoms are gone and this effect lasts for a number of hours. I take one quercitin prophylactically when I know I will be around a crowd of people who worry about coughing as a sign of possible cover.
