  The seller ships defective items puts a no return on the transaction ties up my money for 6-10 days they should loose their e bay account for not providing a immediate refund and shipping label .They are cheating the buyers and using e bay policy to extend refund times and e bay should step in immediately !

  Our apologies for the broken UV bulb in the parcel. I assure you it was not broken when shipped. I understand your frustration at having the funds held up, it is not a good situation. Your refund is secured by eBay as they have frozen the funds you paid. We did offer you a partial refund for the broken bulb and when you declined we issued a return label on the spot. We still have not received the return as of this morning (Wed 02/19). Once it is returned and inspected a refund will be sent.
