ScummVM will make it run on modern operating systems
2 of 2 found this helpful To all of you wanting to run it on a newer system, you probably can through scummvm. I say "probably" because I haven't tried it yet, although their compatibility list shows it at 95% of perfect.
I hope that helps someone out there.
