Mystery Cruise Control Issue Fixed

My CC on the 2009 Silverado LTZ would not “SET” when cold. This $15 brake light switch fixed it. To test, turn on CC while driving, tap brake pedal on side, SET CC. If it now works when cold then the brake light switch attached just above brake pedal is bad even if brake lights function normal.
