item broke at first attempt to use threw it away wish i had took a picture of the itme berore throwing it in the trashl

I was very dissatisfied with the item opened it soon as i tried to clip skin around cuticle it popped the metal broke off in side the handle i threw it in the trash . Mother's day i thought i would be able to do my nails for my special day was very disappointed that the item broke i have used similar items before so I'm not a first time user of that type of item signed: very unhappy
