Elvie Double Wearable Breast Pump BRAND NEW AND SEALED

My double pump only works one side and this side that works has low suction

I was so excited to get this pump but after using I was very disappointed. The suction is not that great on one side and takes a long time to fill the little bottle comparing with my other electric Motif Luna pump. And the other side doesn't not work at all. I purchased a double to decrease the amount of time pumping, but now I have to stay with it very long and even have to use one single pump on one side then switch. Very, very disappointing. I hope I can call and get help from Elvie customer support and fix this. I'm whiling to redo my review if they help me fix this problem. The look is great, very beautiful, it comes with 4 bottles which is great. But it's a lot of small parts to wash and takes more time to do than a regular pump. Overall if I can fix the suction, not a bad idea.
