Potential
This is hard to review, does not work as a varnish brush bristles do not have a bite.
I am a French polisher and have found a use for it, dulling brush, dip in pumice and dull the hardened finish.
As a brush to varnish or paint, would notrecomend it.
Lovely soft bristles, there will be a use for this brush, make up, hairdressers.

Suprised how nice it tastes
The taste is really really lovely, bit of a subtle bite to it, love it.
But i bought it for its supposed health benefits, so need a bit more time to figure this out.
Supposed to be good for your nerves, borage gives courage and good for your tummy/digestion
It has a slight bitterness like Indian Methi, which is nice and most bitter things do you good.(supposedly)
But it does make a GREAT cup of tea.

Good cooking tool
I have been cooking Chinese for many years.
This is an excellent book, everything Is explained in detail, which is so important.
Go for it, Ken Hom would agree.
