Best overall Hakko tip
This tip is my favorite for general work. It's fine enough to hand-solder 0201 chips yet it can solder heavy parts too. It's certainly more expensive than most Hakko tips but it's worth it

Wonderful material for electronics
Milliput is a wonderful material that we use for reinforcing cable ends and encapsulating small electronic devices. It is fully electrically insulating and has a smart smooth black finish when cured.

Looks genuine
Looks like the genuine Hakko part. This shape is more expensive than most Hakko tips but is by far the best all-round tip especially for small surface-mount parts. I could solder 0201 resistors with this tip when it was new.
