Too lightweight for iPads

Unfortunately, this tripod overbalances as soon a bit of a tilt on it. I was hoping to use it to record videos and it needs to be tilted downward. It falls over as does my iPad. It is very lightweight so impossible for an iPad to safely be attached to it. Not what I was hoping for.
