Keyboard buttons are hard to press, reception is not the best

Overall very good phone
very well designed and responsive phone with good reception, very nice keypad, easy to operate. its a perfect phone for someone who needs a good phone for talk and text with some other basic features.
What I found most annoying is the following 2;
1-You cannot edit a contact from the calling history list, you need to go into Contacts to edit.
2-Calendar reminders cannot be postponed or snoozed.
