Grab at your own risk

I received the grab handle suction bar, installed it against my tiled wall in the bathroom after selecting a perfect location i.e flat area, no grout area.It Fitted well for the first one week.it was holding strong against the wall. Come second week and one cap of the handle bar starts hanging loose.i did the natural thing of taking it out and putting it back again but to my dismay, it happened again within a week. One of the suction caps seems to give way.the whole purpose of safety is lost now. I had bought this as my parents had visited home and I thought holding the bar it would be easier for them to get onto the tub. Well clearly not the case. I am disappointed but since I already used it don’t know whether to return it. Buy only if you want to slip holding it.
