You Get What You Pay For...and I Mean That In The Best Way Possible
Extremely professional and beautiful image quality for a camera in its price-range. Built-in ND filters are worth the extra money over the regular G2 model. If you're looking for something even lighter, definitely go with the 4k model, as it is still an extremely capable camera.
The EF mount is also so nice, especially if you come from a Canon DSLR background, like myself (and those lenses are only becoming cheaper these days due tot he new RF mount). EF lenses still provide excellent and stellar picture quality, especially if you can get your hands on some nice L series glass (the 70-200mm is a must have).
As for the function of the camera, you get so many useful settings. False color is something you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. Same with peaking. The dual native ISO is beautiful, giving you a great dynamic range at both 400 and 3200. The 3200 is noisy, of course, but if you're not a sharpness freak, don't worry about it. It can create a really nice and soft effect.
