Pleasantly surprised
Product was shipped in original packing with all the cables and equipment. I was pleasantly susprised how well it worked considering its the order model of the product.

Junk
Product was susposed to be factory refurbished however the camera was blurry and out of focus. The speaker/mic faceplate was severly scratched in addition to intermittent feedback from the mic.Not usable.
