About
I'm pushing 80 and maybe it's time to let go of some of my collection. I've followed the War of 1812, the Texas War of Independence, the Mexican War, the Civil War, the Indian Wars, the Spanish/American War, WWI, WWII, the Korean War, Viet Nam. Eventually I'll be letting go of pieces of all of these wars, weapons, accoutrements, memorabilia, etc.. Reach out to me with your interests and maybe I'll post more. The original Jackpine Savage.

Uncle Mikes nylon magazine pouches for Glock 21
1 of 1 found this helpful I've used many of these pouches from Uncle Mikes in the past and always found them more than adequate. These pouches, however, are so blessed tight it takes two men and a boy to push the magazine down far enough to snap the lid and getting them back out in nigh onto impossible. I can make some wooden oversize forms to pound in to stretch them, but why should a person have to do that? I realize that over time they will probably stretch by themselves, but till then, one cannot bet his life on it.

Disappointing!
1 of 2 found this helpful I thought it would have more information on the tens of thousands of semi-auto Kalashnikovs that people actually own and shoot. Instead, it is almost entirely on the full-auto rifles that most people will never see, handle, shoot, or own.

A VERY disappointing compass
Had to recalibrate it almost everytime I used the car. Even then it would say NW when heading due west and SE when headed due east. Would frequently say N when headed east. With no lighted or back lit screen it was impossible to read during the day if the sun was shining. At night, still hard to read. All in all, I found it undependable and inconvenient
