shipping was terrible.

Shipping was terrible! Not only did it take a very long time, but they charged me tariffs! Tarrifs are for US citizens, I am Canadian. The shipper put a smallish box in a very large box with no packing material so it just rattled around in there, I don't see how wrapping it in some thick paper would have protected it worse. Next time try USPS
