Defective camera setup
3 of 6 found this helpful One camera worked, the other camera failed to connect to Rings server. After 4 hours on the phone with Ring support, we were unable to get the new camera to work. A replacement will be s4nt out but no offer from Ring ( discount in price) for my troubles. In all, I wasted about 6 hours of my time trying to connect the camera.
