you get what you pay for...
1 of 1 found this helpful Poor/cheap manufacturing. Metal housing was too long for the screen, causing the winding mechanism to come out of it's bracket at the end so the screen would not retract. Luckily, my husband is handy with a hack saw and a drill, so we were able to dis-assemble the screen, shorten the metal casing by 1/2 inch, re-drill the screw pilot holes, rewind the screen and hold tension with a variety of tools while we re-assembled the housing. Took 2 people 2 tries and 2 hours to get it done right. Figured that was still less time/money than it would cost to try to re-package and return.
Once we got it all put back together and mounted to the ceiling, it works great! Family movie night is much improved with projection against this backdrop than the way it looked against the wall.

Perfect bulk supplies for beginning Henna class!
My daughter used the cones to teach a beginning Henna class during COVID. Pre-packaged individual cones for each student, and they got to take the leftovers home to do more henna on their own. Perfect fit for her purpose.
