Not a bad cheapie knife
Ridge Runner's Reverie knife looks like a mash up of Gil Hibben's Alaskan Survival bowie and Legionnaire knife. It looks really good considering the price point, fit & finish exceeded other knives in this price range. As far as function goes, its on par with other Ridge Runner fixed blades like the Renegade and the Denali. The only real downside is the sheath, a simple nylon sheath, but it holds the blade and carries well enough on the belt.
I can see getting some good use out of this fixed blade. I doubt very seriously it will supplant anyone's go-to bushcraft or camp knife, but it works well enough as a back up if need be. Its not going to baton through six million year old petrified hardwood or anything, but it has served me fine with light brush work with zero problems.

One of the best hunting blades out there
I'm always on the look out for a good hunting knife, usually cycling between the Gerber Gator and the Mountain Lion from Schrade's Old Timer line. The Hen & Rooster HR001, however, gives them both a steep run for their money. It comes in a beautiful package with a great leather sheath, and is one of the most comfortable fixed blades I've ever held.
Considering this knife was less than $40, I can't find any faults here at all. It swiftly became a personal favorite of mine, and will likely be on my belt this coming hunting season and many after it.
