Does a fantastic job, at sub-200 range.
Bass is deep, highs are pronounced, projects through the room very well. Set up was super easy, plug and play. The L and R speakers connected to the sub have SUPER long cords, has to be 20+ feet, so you can run them pretty far. Recommend using the HDMI for the ARC capability, then you can use your regular tv remote to adjust it's volume, the TV will control it accordingly.

Great Laptop! Will do anything you throw at it!
1 of 1 found this helpful Great laptop, all around. Blazing fast start-up with the m.2 drive. 4 second boot to desktop. Games work beautifully on ultra settings.
Productivity - 10/10. Had like 10 excel docs open, few chrome tabs, music going, word, didnt even break a sweat.
Production - 10/10. Photoshop 2018 render times, and After Affects both, nuts for a laptop. Rendered in 4k on PS, 4200x3800 image, 15 seconds. Playback on Premier is close to real-time.
Gaming, what you're here for - 10/10 (with an exception) games run great. Pushing 80-120 fps on Destiny 2 on ultra settings. Overwatch was butter on ultra. However, this thing gets HOT. Like, the cpu will hit 90+°C in no time. BUT, it won't bottleneck... odd... but I know for a fact the cpu should not be that high. Tried beefing the fans up to 120%, still holds at 90+. Things like runescape 3, no problem, doesn't even falter, but high cpu demand games, they are getting toasty, real quick. Nothing a external cooler cant fix, Im sure, but wow. My desktop is a ryzen build, and OC'd to 4.3ghz, it doesn't get over 60. Granted, my desktop is water cooled, 90+ degrees is waaaaay too hot.
