Worked great for my elderly grandmother
Worked as expected. A nurse had recommended it as an inexpensive aid for hearing loss. My grandmother did not like the hearing aids she was fitted for. Can not comment about battery life b/c she has not been using it that long.

Nice 2-post 6V Battery
Replacement for an old Rayovac Heavy Duty Maximum #928. Battery backup for an older security system. I wish Rayovac still made the HD Max battery for longer life. The screws posts are longer than the nuts are deep and they did not seat fully on the battery. I had to use steel washers to take up the gap to connect the wires tightly to the battery.

Just what I need for the job
Weather has turned bad, have not used the kit yet but it looks and feels as expected. Blow molded case is pretty flimsy and weak. Latches are junk. If it breaks all the parts will have to go loose into something else. Looking forward to using it because the right tools mean everything on any specialty job.
