Okay, so it obscures the unsightly driveshaft, but
It's okay but as others have said you need to egg out one or both holes to get them to line up. Also if you try to torque the shiny bolts to spec you will either strip the heads or sheer them off. Then you need to find a way to extract them so you can use the stock bolts. For the price it could be better. It wouldn't take much to drill it correctly. Would cost nothing to omit the useless hardware.

Mostly good
The only issue was with the doughnut. About a quarter inch too small in diameter. I was able to reuse the original. Others may not be so lucky.

Not bad for China
Haven't yet installed it. Looks substantial. Would have given another star if it weren't made in China.
