Very reliable product
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using this product for many years and I keep an extra one on hand to lend out but I like this one much better than the electric one. Electric ones tend to break and you can’t fix them. If anything happens to this one it’s a pretty easy fix

Broken zipper and uncomfortable
As cute as this product looked in the picture when I got it and put it on the right zipper was broken. Can't even get them fixed because no shoe repair place wants to touch them. On top of it they are extremely uncomfortable. There is a plastic part at the heel that digs into the back of your ankle
