Poor quality, doesn't last long
I bought a large quantity of these for use on my recumbent. I use ten lights and need a mount that can swivel and holds a one inch diameter light. This mount does all of that well. However, after just a couple of months use the clamp part for the light snaps in half. After that it's garbage. I'll keep looking for a better mount or buy some more of these cheapies.

Bright and extremely durable
1 of 1 found this helpful I use several of these on my bicycle for my daily commute. Due to the cheap mounts I have to use I have found that these Maglites are extremely durable since several times the mounts have broken or failed to hold and the lights hit the ground at speed. They have some scratches but are still working flawlessly. Well worth the money.

Book will work for most insomniacs but not all
I have suffered from insomnia for many years and looked for solutions that didn't involve copious amounts of medication. Unfortunately, for me, this book is not the answer. I was very hopeful until I got to the part that says do you work a rotating shift? The answer is yes. Their solution is to find a job or schedule that doesn't involve shift work. Not a practical solution. I have been trained to do my job and have been doing it for over 30 years. I am too old to start a new career so changing jobs is not a viable option. This book might help others but for me it was a waste of money and time. If you work shift work and suffer from sleeplessness and can change occupations, do so. If you cannot then welcome to an exclusive club. No insomnia book will help you.
