Setup hell
So when my router arrived I was so excited it had two pages of printed out from the internet instructions on how to find the IP address of the router to setup. This was useless. When I plugged in the router no device in my house even recognized it. I spent 3 hours on the phone with time warner cable idiots. After my first hour they told me to call the manufacturer so I did they said they could not help me because this was a time warner cable specially issued router and they did not have trouble shooting instructions for it. So they sent me back to time warner after another 2 hours of them trying to fix the issue of the fact that the wireless router portion was not working at all I was transferred to a gentleman who was able to hack into my router and reset it from the inside as everything was shut off internally and it was not responding at all. After this it finally worked and all the lights came on. Ever since it has been great to have both the 5G setting and regular!.
