Helpful
A copy was loaned to me but after a little reading I knew I had to have my own copy.
I read it up to about page 10 and then started skipping around. There is something helpful everywhere I open the book. Another, better, way of looking at things and living.
I keep it by my bed.
If you have trouble in your life this book shows a way out.

Good book
Easy reading, lots of skin basics. Lots of references. I'm trying lots of lotion all the time as recommended, seems to help. Actually, there's no cure for excema or I'd give the book 10 stars. I'm glad I bought it.

Most useful but small enough to carry.
Of my 4 bird books, this is the least expensive but has the best content. I bought this copy for a friend who needs it.
