Dryer balls adequate
The balls do work, but they do not work as well as softener sheets. They do not reduce dry time. Basically they are adequate, but nothing special.

More information than I needed

Not worth it.
The new head causes the raiser to bog down. It does not shave as close as my old head. I shaved with the new one then reshaved with my old head and removed considerably more based on the whiskers inside the head(See photo..I don't have a heavy beard). In addition the old head feels smoother whereas the new one feels like it is pulling the whiskers. Unfortunately, given it is the only replacement on the market the only options is to use the old one until it dies or buy a new raiser.
