Misled

Not happy with this product at all. It is missing all the screws and two pieces to complete the ladder. It is a snap together product and one of the connectors is broke off and another is bent. So it used used. Not new. There is a 25 percent restocking fee and shipping on me to return. Cheaper to order parts online. Not happy at all
