Great Holiday and everyday meals.
This recipe book is very well laid out. The ingredients are very exact for the recipes listed.
Complete directions and pictures for your perusal. Suggested side dishes.
A large variety of desserts with drinks.

Very disappointed. General info you can retrieve anywhere on Afric/American
I found the book to be too general with only brief info about African Americans, it was not what I was expecting at all. I was very disappointed. There vas very little if anything in the book that I did not already know. This information on African Americans can be found easily and more in depth.
