Great value!

These are the 3 pin (non pwm model) if you have voltage controls on your fan headers you can set a constant voltage and find your rpms. I have mine set to about 1300-1400 rpms all I really hear is the wooosh of air. I regretted not having the PWM model but after having it set at my tolerated noise my computer is running way cooler then it was before.
