    The product was shown to be charcoal or black in color. It was neither it was bright silver stainless steel. I’m not returning it because the seller does not pay for returns and it is heavy and would not be worth my time and effort.

The listing does state that the product color is brushed nickel, and the photos are taken directly from the product’s original packaging to best represent what you’d receive. I understand that returns can be a hassle, but I do provide full refunds for returned items within their return period. I do my best to provide accurate descriptions/images so buyers can make an informed decision.

    I purchased an item that was listed as “NEW” from this seller. It is a $575 moen kitchen faucet, our home has been under construction so we were unable to install the item until today. The faucet is missing an item and another item was used. I reached out and they informed me the item is outside of the 30 day return window. What does that matter, they clearly sold me something used with missing parts. It’s not like I like decided not to use it, and want a refund, no they lied on the listing.
