  Messaged the seller five days after I purchased, when it still had not shipped. Did not hear back until another four days later, and was informed that it was out of stock. I received a full refund today but was very disappointed by the lack of communication, as I needed this dress for an event and didn't have time to order another by the time I heard back from the seller.
