Best of the best
Sony tapes are always amazed me by their quality, design and tactile feeling of well made product. This tape is one of the best and because they are not going to be made anymore- they are the best remaining value of long gone era of cassettes.

Standard in quality tape
TDK SA- is the best tape still available at reasonable price on eBay. It’s not a secret that it was used by manufacturers to adjust their tape type ii bias during production of tape decks. That’s why it sounds so good on them. The word of warning: as it happens with almost all new old stock tapes it may drag if you start to record right away. It makes sense to fast forward it and rewind it to make it loose. It works for me. I have most popular tapes that were manufactured in 80th-90th. TDK SA is on the top of my list.
