Good for the Price I Paid
Wish it had custom route feature, it is easier to configure with a custom route feature. You have to use trip planner to create a custom route and it is a little tricky if your not a little used to programing gadgets. When you use trip planner you pick a place in between your starting point and final destination and choose add to route. Pick a place on a straight away instead of an intersection because when you get to that specific spot you travel thru it and then it gives the gps time to set its sight on the next location you choose, if you had picked an intersection and say you needed to turn at that intersection the gps would need a few seconds to set its sight on next location to tell you to turn, so its best to set the add to route locations before any turns or intersections. I have also read that you can't use mapsource to create a custom route and load it on to the gps, have not tried that yet but the posts I was reading were dated 10/2012, maybe it works know. If I hadn't got it so cheap from Garmin($65free shipping) I probably would look for one with custom route feature or 1 I know would accept Mapsource. Thanks overall average for the price I paid-only needed custom routes for daughter to and from college to take her through less traffic conditions and slower driving-she drives like grandma-not complaining though-so if you see a slow driving female driver,don't cuss her cause it could be your daughter one day Thanks
