Did not work out of the box.
2 of 2 found this helpful Defroster did not active with new board. Only way to make it work was to manually trigger the defrost with the door button. Wiring and timer were working. From what I read, this is common with the replacement boards and frustrating. I gave it three days to function properly and active the defrost and did not unless I manually triggered it. Then it started making a clicking (relay) sound for 30 seconds until it did work. It never did it automatically.
