OEM part, fits exactly as expected.
Replaced the batteries in my truck and needed to replace the battery blankets as they were weather worn. These were the exact replacements I needed and now I don't worry about the new batteries (AGM) going dead from the cold.

Exceptionally worth it
I have tried all kinds of electronic ears and these are by far superior to all others currently on the market. Walkers don't hold a candle to these. Wind noise is minimal, battery life is exceptional, the boost mode makes it hard to open a candy wrapper without thinking you're interrupting everyone around you and is honestly strange being able to hear footsteps.
The ONLY CON I can think of is the included silicone plugs. These caused a bit of fatigue in my ear as they were a bit stiff. I recommend buying surefire EP3 or EP4 plugs. Remove the included filter at the ends and install the otto's. The EP's help hold the ottos in place even during vigorous movement and are much more comfortable over the included plugs.
