  I purchased several pieces of Bordallo Pinheiro as a luncheon set. The package arrived with two broken pieces. The box was too small for the number of pieces and needed much more bubble wrap or other materials to cushion the items. After several emails back and forth, the seller shared that she submitted a claim to FEDEX. Still waiting to hear back if the seller will be issuing a partial refund for the two broken pieces that I was able to find replacements for from other vendors.

  Item was broken in shipping because of very poor packing. 9 in heavy glass item was shipped in 9.5 in thin soft not suitable for shipping box. Contacted the seller about the problem. The seller was very rude and did not admit his mistake and responsibility for safe packing and shipping. He refused to refund money.
