I personally wash and steam sanitize all Gently Used items to ensure you get the items just the way I would want to receive them. Even if they are New With Tags - I still Steam Sanitize them.     I order a scarf from Duncan Street Design. When I was waiting for its delivery, I got a message from eBay that the order was cancelled. I never heard from the Seller with an explanation. I realize that things happen in interrupt life, but I think it would have been professional and courteous to receive a note from Duncan Street Design.

    So sorry for not reaching out. I was in the hospital with RSV and my husband took care of orders the best he could. Maybe if you had sent us a message, we would have replied and let you know why the transaction was cancelled.
